AND FUTURES.
NEW SYSTEM HAS DIRECT
CONNECTIVITY TO NYSE, CBOE, AMEX, PCX AND PHLX FLOORS
Micro Design Services, LLC (MDS)
today announced a new release of their MarketLook Information
System (MLIS), which allows users to receive Floor Looks
in equities, options and futures. The new MLIS system
has direct connectivity to NYSE, CBOE, AMEX, PCX and PHLX.
MarketLook users now have access to
greater depth and breadth of liquidity among exchange
providers. MDS has been developing the MarketLook product
over the last four years and the product has over 1000
subscribers. The current MarketLook system allows Floor
Looks in equities only.
Also included with the new release
is archiving functionality which can help firms comply
with SEC Rule 17a-4. All messages can be saved in HTML
format and delivered to MarketLook users on a daily, weekly
or monthly basis. This assists MarketLook clients meet
their regulatory requirements.
The MarketLook Information System
is an web-based system that automates the process of requesting
Floor Looks between traders to their floor brokers. It
provides the orderly storage, delivery and processing
of market information (a market look) over the Internet
and/or Intranet. Market Looks are generated from multiple
exchanges and delivered for viewing by one or more MarketLook
clients in the U.S.
